These SMS Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the White Light Photo & Video Corp. d/b/a White Light Event ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") employee SMS scheduling program.

Important: SMS consent is completely voluntary and is not a condition of employment. You may decline to participate in the SMS program without any impact on your employment status. Alternative communication methods (phone calls, email) are available upon request.
Message frequency varies based on scheduling needs and your work assignments. You may receive anywhere from 1-10 messages per week depending on event schedules. During busy event seasons, message volume may increase.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
